Vintage Landing has four 1-Bedroom deluxe units, two in each of two buildings, buildings 131 and 149.
♦ These units are one level down from the street level parking area and do include approximately one flight of steps. However, they are on the ground level facing the lake and have a nice view of the Lake of the Ozarks from a protected cove.
♦ One bedroom units have a large “Master” suite with a king size bed and a whirlpool tub in the master suite. The units also feature a living room with a sleeper-sofa and a second bathroom with a shower. All one-bedroom deluxe units have full kitchens with dishwashers, washer and dryers, refrigerators with icemakers, ranges, microwave ovens and all necessary pots, pans, cookware, dishes and utensils needed for an enjoyable stay.
Two Bedroom Condo Unit
Vintage Landing has 10 two-bedroom units in two buildings, Buildings 163 and 179.
♦ Three of these units are accessible by a short walk, without any steps, from the parking area and one unit (Unit 179-2D) is designed for handicap accessibility.
♦ The two-bedroom unit is made up of a master suite, complete with a whirlpool tub in the suite, Living room, dining area, washer/dryers, full kitchen and screened porch.

Vintage Landing has 8 three-bedroom units located in two buildings, buildings 131 and 149.
♦ These three-bedroom units are comprised of a main unit with 2 bedrooms and a hotel unit.
♦ The main unit has a master suite with a spacious bathroom and whirlpool tub, a second bedroom with two twin beds; the second bathroom (accessible from the main hall or the second bedroom) a large living/dining area, a full kitchen, washer/dryer and a large screened-in covered patio.
♦ The hotel unit is a one-room unit, creating the third bedroom when used in conjunction with the main unit. These hotel units feature a king size bed, full bath and a small kitchenette area featuring an under-cabinet refrigerator, and a microwave.
