To improve the safety of all owners and guests at Vintage Landing, the Association has purchased an AED device that has been placed on the exterior by the door at the check in office. If needed by an owner or guest in the event of an emergency it will be easily be accessible to everyone.
To also improve the safety of all owners and guests at Vintage Landing, the Association has purchased "sharps" containers for the safe disposal of diabetic needles for those who may have the need for this.
The Board of Directors will continue to look at all areas for the continued safety improvement of the complex.
Discount coupons and Information books available at Check-in office
Upon your check in at Vintage Landing ask about the various coupon books that are available to you. Coupons include discount golf, food and area attractions. All are free for the taking, so make your stay here at The Lake of the Ozarks a little better.
Along with various coupon books, we have the latest 2018 Lake Area Dining, Entertainment and Service Guide book, the 2018 Lake Area Restaurant Guide, and the 2018 Day Trippin' Around the Lake book.
Each of these books highlight various areas of the lake area activities, where to eat and play. So grab one at the office and enjoy your time at the Lake of the Ozarks.

Service animals are welcome at Vintage Landing.
We ask that guests with service animals have proof or validation of the need for such animal by the guests medical care provider.
We ask that the dog be registered with the check in office prior to checking in to help save time and/or if checking in after hours.
When on property all service animals must wear a service vest or other identification showing that they are a service animal.
Please remember that all service animals are subject to the association's noise and other nuisance requirements. This includes, but not limited to, the list in the in-room booklet.
Service animal owners will be responsible for ALL DAMAGES that his/her dog causes in the unit or the common area.
All pet feces must be picked up and disposed of properly by the owner. If this is not done, a fine will be imposed by the Association in the amount of $50.00 per occurrence. Fine(s) will be charged to credit card given at check in.
