At Missouri Association Management and Vintage Landing POA, we take our owners and renters safety very seriously.
We have implemented some precautions to aid in the safety of our guests and our staff during this pandemic:
We encourage people to follow CDC recommendations in regards to social distancing, mask usage, and frequent hand washing/sanitizing.
The Cottage is staffed and remains open for guests, with a limit of one guest in the Cottage at a time. This will allow us to maintain distance and give staff a chance to wipe down the counters in between guests. Masks are encouraged but not mandatory.

The Board of Directors will continue to look at all areas for the continued safety improvement of the complex.
Service animals are welcome at Vintage Landing.
We ask that guests with service animals have proof or validation of the need for such animal by the guests medical care provider.
We ask that the dog be registered with the check in office prior to checking in to help save time and/or if checking in after hours.
When on property all service animals must wear a service vest or other identification showing that they are a service animal.
